This role serves as a strategic execution partner to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO), operating at the center of the firm’s talent agenda. The Talent Sr. Project Manager enables the CTO to operate at maximum effectiveness by driving prioritization, execution, and alignment across the Talent function and broader firm leadership. Unlike a traditional coordination role, this position is deeply embedded in planning and follow-through, ensuring that the firm’s highest priority talent initiatives progress with speed, rigor, and accountability. The role supports decision-making processes by helping structure discussions, align stakeholders, and advance priorities forward. You will act as a close partner to the CTO, translating strategy into action and ensuring priorities move forward with clarity and momentum. In doing so, you will work closely with the CTO’s core leadership group to ensure alignment across initiatives and help the team operate as a highly effective, coordinated unit.
