The ANA (Association of National Advertisers) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Talent Initiatives to support and scale key programs within the Talent Practice. This role will report into the EVP, Talent Practice and support the Practice team in bringing to life industry-shaping initiatives across events (virtual and in-person), content, research, asset management, and member engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who can translate strategy into action, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders at a senior level. They must have initiative and proven work ethic; strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time.
