Job Summary: The Talent Recruitment Manager leads and manages all efforts, systems, and processes in attracting top talent (high-quality teachers and staff).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Five years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education space
  • Experience leading sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong background in benefits administration
  • Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check Clearance
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Criminal Background Clearance
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of: The major contributing factors that affect the job market, both locally and nationally, especially as it relates to teachers and other education positions
  • Effectively using data to identify opportunities and modify strategies when appropriate
  • Using various databases, including but not limited to: Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Recruitment Web Applications
  • Demonstrated ability to: Work collaboratively with peers and colleagues
  • Think creatively and in an organized and methodical manner in order to execute strategic plans
  • Draft requested reports as needed in order to supply management with requested information in order to make informed decision

Responsibilities

  • Articulates a thorough and compelling understanding of Chester Community Charter School’s (CCCS) vision, missions, and culture to prospective candidates through candidate outreach
  • Develops an annual plan, which will be implemented throughout the year to attract and recruit talent through a targeted teacher recruitment campaign as well as other positions, and revises the plan throughout the year, as needed, to adjust to a potentially changing economic and market environment
  • Analyzes in measurable ways the effectiveness of the annual plan, and adjusts the plan
  • Collaborates with other CCCS team members to develop and executes online marketing, social media, word-of-mouth, career fairs, and other recruitment strategies that will optimize recruitment results
  • Manages candidate relationships from recruitment through application, interview, onboarding and beyond
  • Manages and maintains TalentEd Applicant Tracking System, which includes but is not limited to: job postings and closings, creating new accounts and closing accounts when needed, and updating internal system
  • Enhances and expands relationships with strategic partners in order to foster better working relationships in order to attract top quality talent
  • Manages and maintains external job board postings and identifies and cultivates relationships with strategic partners for recruitment
  • Assists, when necessary, new hire onboarding
  • Collaborates with school leaders to create a welcoming team environment and family atmosphere for candidates
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
