Talent & Experience Partner (HR Recruitment & Talent)
About The Position
The Talent & Experience Partner is a strategic member of the HR team, responsible for elevating the quality of New Freedom’s talent pipeline and recruiting capabilities and creating a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers. This role goes far beyond traditional recruiting by conducting rigorous candidate screening; strategic and structured interviewing; and by partnering closely with hiring managers through ongoing coaching and training, driving improvements that reduce turnover while promoting long-term employee and leadership success. As hiring demand fluctuates, this role will also support broader HR initiatives, allowing for meaningful professional growth and increased involvement across other HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Talent identification, sourcing, and in-depth candidate screening
- Hiring manager partnership, training, and development
- Increase the quality of our hiring, increase retention, and help drive ongoing process-improvement initiatives
- Enhance our candidate, new hire, and employee experience, by integrating New Freedom’s mission, core values, and culture in all interactions
- Provide additional HR support as needed, partnering with our top-notch HR team to maintain excellence, ensure compliance, drive a learning environment, and help continue making New Freedom an employer of choice
