The Talent & Experience Partner is a strategic member of the HR team, responsible for elevating the quality of New Freedom’s talent pipeline and recruiting capabilities and creating a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers. This role goes far beyond traditional recruiting by conducting rigorous candidate screening; strategic and structured interviewing; and by partnering closely with hiring managers through ongoing coaching and training, driving improvements that reduce turnover while promoting long-term employee and leadership success. As hiring demand fluctuates, this role will also support broader HR initiatives, allowing for meaningful professional growth and increased involvement across other HR functions.
