RISE Services is seeking a Talent & Program Specialist to support the organization’s hiring process, employee onboarding, training coordination, and program administration. This entry-level position plays a key role in creating a positive applicant experience while ensuring hiring activities, employee records, training documentation, and program files are organized, accurate, and compliant with organizational, Medicaid, CARF, and other regulatory standards. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, has exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day. This position works closely with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee onboarding, staff development, and administrative operations that help our organization continue to grow.
