About The Position

The Talent Placement Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Receptionist Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. The Talent Placement Officer is a customer service–driven role. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience experience in receptionist work, hospitality, security, or retail are well-suited for this position.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
Supervisory experience in a security environment
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience managing schedules for 25 or more officers
