Under the leadership of the Manager of Talent Pipeline, this role is responsible for onboarding students and volunteers entering the health system. The coordinator works closely with students and volunteers to ensure tasks are completed and paperwork is processed appropriately. This role collaborates with both Education Services and Volunteer Services to ensure contingent workers are set up for success on their first day at Parkview. This process includes creating new profiles in ATS and HR systems, reviewing drug screen and physical results, background investigations, vaccination status, managing student rosters, and validating compliance prior to scheduled start dates. Additionally, the role manages administrative projects for Education Services and Volunteer Services, including internal leader inventory, compliance, document preparation, and other administrative and receptionist-based functions.
