As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA (preferred) or Birmingham, AL. This role is part of PNC’s accommodations team. The team evaluates all ADA accommodation requests for employees of PNC. This includes engaging in the interactive process with employees and managers, assessing accommodation options available at PNC, and evaluating and dispositioning accommodation requests. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Requirements

University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues
Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
