About The Position

Join our global Talent Acquisition team supporting Personal Health, Innovation & Design, and IT. As a Talent Partner, you will drive end-to-end recruitment activities, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring needs, ranging from commercial and business-facing roles to niche R&D and technology positions. Working across multiple functions requires strong stakeholder management, adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand different talent markets while delivering high-quality, compliant hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
  • You’ve acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Talent Onboarding, or a related field; experience recruiting in FMCG or complex environments is a strong advantage.
  • Your skills include stakeholder management, end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and data‑driven recruitment planning.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are a strong communicator who builds trusted partnerships, maintains accurate records, and consistently applies policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, delivering a clear, timely, and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple functions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to translate business needs into structured recruitment plans covering requirements, timelines, and quality expectations, using data to guide decisions.
  • Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market insights, and effective talent acquisition strategies across commercial and niche R&D roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, align interview teams, prepare candidate shortlists, and support efficient, compliant hiring decisions.
  • Guide the offer process in line with compensation guidelines, manage candidate expectations, and support onboarding while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
