Requirements

  • 1+ years in people or recruitment roles where you fixed processes, hired staff, or made changes to candidate/employee experience (i.e., Talent Acquisition, PeopleOps, HR, Recruiting Ops, Employee Experience, or related fields.
  • You're passionate about improving processes through AI & automation and transforming the candidate/employee journey.
  • Previous background working in remote or hybrid environments
  • Strong AI/automation proficiency (you default to using these tools beyond basic search on your day-to-day.)
  • Fluent English (C1+); clear, confident, assertive, concise and fast-paced.
  • Tech‑savvy: Google Suite, spreadsheets, ATS, workflow tools.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and you hate micro-management.
  • Stable work history: you have worked in a company for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

  • Drive candidate experience from first touch, interviews, to pre-onboarding.
  • Improve communications and processes (emails, surveys, templates, instructions).
  • Partner with our hiring team to keep pipelines moving with urgency.
  • Use data to spot bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Apply AI/automation to reduce manual work and enhance candidate experience.
  • Take our candidate experience in all touch points to the next level with fresh and engaging ideas.
  • Adapt quickly, solve problems, and maintain momentum in high‑volume settings.
