Customers choose Fractional AI because we bring together elite engineers, product leaders, and commercial operators to build and deploy applied AI systems. As a member of our talent team, you’ll play a critical role in making that real — identifying and closing exceptional talent. GTM hiring is core to the role, but you’ll have the opportunity to work across functions as we grow.

Requirements

  • Track record of hiring top talent: You’ve successfully hired founding commercial leaders or established a GTM team in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong judgment and empathy: You know what great looks like and build trust quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Data-driven and experimental mindset: You use data and experimentation to improve how you source, evaluate, and close candidates.
  • Technical fluency: You understand modern engineering stacks and can credibly assess how candidates map to team needs.
  • High ownership with a bias for leverage: You operate with precision and follow-through, and look for ways to scale your impact through tooling, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Source exceptional talent: You’ll identify and engage top candidates, with a primary focus on GTM hiring.
  • Own the candidate experience end-to-end: From first touch through close, you’ll build trust, understand motivations, and ensure a high-signal, high-quality process for every candidate.
  • Build on a high-performing recruiting process: You’ll come alongside a strong existing system and help evolve it — bringing new ideas and using data, AI, and experimentation to refine how we evaluate and close talent.
