About The Position

Appian is seeking a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, influencing the growth of critical business functions. The position is based at the headquarters in McLean, Virginia, and requires a commitment to in-person collaboration, with employees expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster culture and teamwork. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success as a full-lifecycle Recruiter.
  • Track record of thriving and operating with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted talent advisor, effectively prioritizing competing needs across multiple departments and influencing senior leadership.
  • Ability to leverage market data, talent insights, and recruiting metrics to guide hiring decisions and expectations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Prior experience recruiting within the high-growth enterprise software (SaaS), cloud, or tech consulting sectors.
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing strategy to offer and close, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Create and execute tailored sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to build diverse talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior executives, acting as an advisor to guide hiring strategies using market knowledge and data.
  • Contribute to strengthening Appian’s employer brand through community engagement, networking, and delivering a world-class interview experience.
  • Continuously improve internal interview processes, candidate evaluation standards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Deeply understand Appian’s business strategy, product positioning, and competitive landscape to effectively pitch the company vision and attract top-tier talent.
