About The Position

This role focuses on Early Careers hiring, specifically engaging with top graduates and final-year college students to attract them to opportunities in Tech. The Talent Partner will be responsible for sourcing candidates, delivering an excellent client and candidate experience, and enhancing the brand of both the client and Join Talent. Key activities include developing hiring strategies, building relationships with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, TA), creating and managing job postings, sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applicants, presenting shortlists, and managing the candidate journey professionally.

Requirements

  • Early Careers/Campus Recruiting experience is critical.
  • Utilizing and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project system.
  • Writing updates and analysing relevant business data.
  • Being aware of market trends and competitors for candidates.
  • Complying with our company standards on values and ethics in all aspects of delivery and client interaction.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business.
  • Scale-up environment recruiting on a multi-national basis would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrable and relevant experience with full-lifecycle Early Careers or Campus recruiting in-house and/or with an agency.
  • Strong expertise at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates.
  • A strong track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround.
  • Charisma – in this role your charm and winning personality will be a huge factor in your success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving capability.
  • Self-motivated approach.
  • Teamwork – ability to work closely with all kinds of client stakeholders, team members and peers across the company will be key.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and gaining client buy-in for project delivery strategies, including EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR, TA) to be seen as trusted partners.
  • Creating and posting job adverts using client brand guidelines and managing applications.
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates.
  • Screening applicants to present a shortlist to relevant people.
  • Talking Hiring Managers through the shortlist of candidates.
  • Managing the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centric manner.
  • Utilizing and maintaining the ATS and any other client/project systems.
  • Writing updates and analyzing relevant business data.
  • Staying aware of market trends and competitors for candidates.
  • Complying with company standards on values and ethics.
