About The Position

As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will be a key execution partner in Crusoe’s early-career talent engine. You aren't just filling seats; you are identifying the future leaders of the energy-compute transition. From Product Design and Software Engineering to Operations and Corporate functions, you’ll work across the organization to ensure we are attracting the brightest minds and building exceptional early-career talent pipelines. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build relationships and tell the Crusoe story will have a direct impact on our ability to scale and innovate. You are the first touchpoint for the next generation of innovators joining our mission to align computing with the climate.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Early Career recruiting, ideally within a high-growth technology company.
  • A genuine passion for the intersection of energy, climate, and computing.
  • Proficiency in using data to optimize the hiring funnel and measure the success of university partnerships.
  • The ability to articulate Crusoe’s impact and build a narrative that resonates with the next generation of talent.
  • A knack for making candidates feel valued while acting as a data-backed advisor to internal hiring managers.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a premium candidate experience.
  • Willingness to travel to campuses and industry events (approximately 15-25% during peak recruiting seasons).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments, from technical engineering to corporate sales.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial organizational outreach and sourcing to the final offer stage.
  • Partner with the business to manage the conversion process, ensuring a high-touch experience for interns transitioning into permanent roles.
  • Track and report on pipeline health metrics, including offer acceptance rates, candidate sources, and intern-to-full-time conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of school trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of early-in-career talent to keep Crusoe's strategy competitive.
  • Act as a career advisor and brand champion, cultivating long-term relationships with high-potential students and recent graduates.
  • Represent Crusoe at campus career fairs, conferences, and events, showcasing our unique culture of innovation and environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with the Early Careers Programs Manager to bridge the gap between recruitment and the intern experience, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.
