This is a critical people & operations role at Odyssey. You’ll sit at the intersection of recruiting, leadership support, and internal operations, enabling the company to hire great people and run smoothly as we scale - quickly. You’ll manage candidate coordination and recruiting logistics, support founders and leaders with scheduling and operations, and help build the systems that keep a growing startup organized.
