Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related analytical role within a professional services environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard creation, and data analysis; Excel certification, data analytics certification, or a related technical credential required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process driven work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday Recruiting and reporting.
  • Exposure to AI tools and experience incorporating them into daily workflows

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
  • Support ATS administration, system enhancements, testing, and process optimization projects.
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics as needed.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
  • Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling, offer generation, and employee referral processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.
