About The Position

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Talent Manager to manage a population of approximately 60 consultants across its offices and Practices. The role oversees consultant scheduling and performance management while building individual relationships to understand consultants’ strengths, development objectives, personal preferences, and career goals. The Talent Manager works with Partners and other Talent Managers to assemble consulting teams and address staffing or talent-related issues, balancing business needs with consultants’ preferences and development needs. The position is part of a close-knit team working to demanding timelines. It is hybrid and requires a presence in the office three days per week; fully remote work is not an option. The role combines talent management, project staffing, consultant development and performance management, data analysis and reporting, and participation in broader Human Capital projects. It includes maintaining employee records and resource-planning systems, preparing reports and materials for senior leadership, and contributing to cross-Practice, Market, and Regional assignments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic client-services business environment. Management consulting and/or Human Resources experience is preferred. The applicable base salary range is $85,000–$110,000, with possible performance-based incentives. Oliver Wyman offers a total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings and other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
