About The Position

As Talent Manager for the Corporate Functions at ADM, you will be part of a small but mighty Global Talent Team. This team has a vision to be an expert in knowing and increasing the visibility and movement of ADMs internal talent, to understand ADM’s critical roles and succession pools for those roles, understanding and increasing the diversity of our talent, and developing internal colleagues and leaders through meaningful career paths. As a Talent Manager, you will be working collaboratively with senior executives, Corporate and HR leaders and generalists who operate globally across various functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in a global talent team or as HR Business Partner/Generalist
  • Experience in designing, developing and leading enterprise-wide talent management programs that cover talent assessments, development, coaching, succession planning
  • Experience with working within a complex international matrix organization structure is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional expertise in the development and implementation of the annual global talent cycle whereby you partner with leaders to identify talent, discuss succession pipeline for critical roles, assess talent, create and monitor impactful development plans for the identified talent.
  • Further improve the capabilities of the organization and ADM leaders to objectively and meaningfully discuss talent and leadership development.
  • Assess and evaluate the impact of current talent management processes and partner with the other talent team members to further improve talent strategies, KPI’s, tools and processes in order to create best-in-class talent management programs.
  • Translate business needs and talent analytics into impactful talent management programs and tools.
  • Drive and execute the regional performance management processes and partner closely with the regional compensation/communications teams and business partners to ensure a systematic and compliant process aimed at improving employee performance by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Coach and partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify interventions that ensure a systematic and strategic approach to the identification and development of current and future leaders within the company.
  • Conduct presentations, webinars and training.
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, inclusion and competitive advantage in support of the company's culture & engagement strategic plan.
  • Work closely with regional talent managers and the L&D team to ensure that global enterprise-wide talent and learning and development initiatives are focused and aligned.
