Texas A&M University is embarking on a review of the performance management process for staff positions at the university, to ensure that employee successes are effectively identified, recognized and rewarded and opportunities for learning and career development are highlighted. The Talent Management department within Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) is seeking two Talent Management Specialist III to support this project for a nine-month period. In this role you will work collaboratively with other HROE and customer teams to organize and facilitate stakeholder and focus groups, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, develop and refine processes and systems, plan and create communications, guides, templates and other resources and follow other best practice change management protocols.
