About The Position

Select Management Group is seeking Winter Interns to support managers and teams across the company from January through April 2027. The role involves office administration, research, project tracking, and general support. Interns will assist with talent projects such as endorsements, appearances, brand deals, and licensing, as well as original developments and music releases. The paid internship is based in either the Beverly Hills, California, or Manhattan, New York office, depending on the intern’s location. Work is primarily in person, with remote work available depending on availability and school schedule.

Requirements

Interest in a career related to talent management, agency, public relations, digital media, or production/casting.
Ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with young, emerging talent.
Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Strategic and creative thinker able to align the department with overall company business goals.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

Nice To Haves

Experience and understanding of the digital influencer/talent landscape are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Help develop and maintain marketing materials, including talent one-sheets, statistics, press roundups, and newsletters.
Update weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports, and attend related meetings.
Support talent with various projects and personal needs.
Create and organize internal and external materials for brands.
Track relevant industry players, projects, and competition, and prepare regular internal reporting.
