Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth technology, fintech or digital business.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring strategy across multiple functions.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to challenge, influence and build trusted relationships.
  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
  • Strong sourcing capability and a proactive approach to talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to ambitious growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across GTM functions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing hiring decisions with market insight, data and best practice.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coach and support hiring managers to raise the bar on interviewing, assessment and selection.
  • Use recruitment analytics to identify trends, improve processes and optimise hiring performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent acquisition, introducing innovative approaches and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with global Talent, People and business teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality hiring experience.
