About The Position

Midwest Communications, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Talent & Human Resources Coordinator. As our Talent & HR Coordinator you will support the recruiting & termination process by coordinating logistics, providing an excellent candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers and HR team members. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about helping teams attract and hire great talent in the Midwest market. This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week in Green Bay, WI. It will be an hourly role with a wage of $22.00-$24.00/hour (approximately $45,000-$50,000 annually). This role will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Have completed at least one (1) Human Resources–related internship or a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources work experience.
  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality when preparing professional and sensitive correspondence
  • Be familiar with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings to internal and external job boards and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) with candidates and hiring teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with offer letter preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Partner with hiring managers to track hiring progress and support workforce planning needs
  • Support recruiting fairs, and local hiring events
  • Generate recruiting reports and metrics as needed
  • Coordinate and manage employee separations, including voluntary and involuntary terminations
  • Prepare and administer separation documentation, including separation letters, exit checklists, and severance agreements
  • Conduct or coordinate exit interviews and summarize feedback and trends for HR leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to terminations
  • Assist with special HR or talent acquisition projects as assigned
