Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess talent and cultural alignment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention.
