About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Talent Scout to lead recruitment and human resources initiatives. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while improving processes and candidate experiences. You will collaborate with managers to define role requirements, optimize workflows, and contribute to a positive company culture through employee engagement initiatives. You will also help shape HR policies, introduce innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration for new hires. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment roles.
  • Strong background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive employee relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in performance coaching or employee development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, screen, and interview candidates across multiple platforms to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Present job offers, clearly communicating position terms, remuneration, and benefits to selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and assess candidate fit.
  • Optimize recruitment processes by exploring new platforms, tools, and strategies, and documenting workflows.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Organize team engagement activities, including online gatherings and occasional in-person events.
  • Develop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies and best practices.
