About The Position

Inside Disney’s People & Culture organization, the Talent & Growth team is responsible for ensuring the organization knows, grows, and prepares employees to cultivate growth at every stage of their careers, across all lines of business. The Talent & Growth Lead, Enablement plays a critical role in unlocking the value of our enterprise-wide talent and growth solutions to drive real impact within our Corporate client groups. This role acts as a connector between enterprise solutions and People & Culture Business Partners, ensuring clarity, relevance, and sustained usage of tools, programs, and processes across the talent lifecycle. Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, HR, Management, Org. Psych, Sociology, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Consulting, Organization Development, HR Business Partner, and/or HR project or program management roles.
  • Strong execution mindset and systems thinking with experience implementing HR, talent, or learning solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to translate complex enterprise offerings into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for HR and business audiences.
  • Experience influencing without authority and partnering effectively across enterprise, COE, and PCBP teams.
  • Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to create effective partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting to track adoption, usage, and impact with technology (i.e.,Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools, etc.)
  • Proven verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills; must be capable of communicating information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage PCBP-facing enablement experiences, including our team’s intake process, new hire PCBP onboarding, roadshows, and ongoing updates related to enterprise talent and growth solutions.
  • Lead the design, delivery, and sustainment of PCBP-facing resources (e.g., one pagers, talking points, email templates, etc.) that tie solutions to business needs and builds PCBP capability to position, apply, and troubleshoot enterprise offerings within their client groups.
  • Establishes and tracks measures of HRBP enablement effectiveness, evaluating readiness and ability to advocate enterprise talent and learning solutions within client groups.
  • Partner closely with the T&G COE to translate evolving solutions, tools, and expectations into clear, actionable guidance for PCBPs.
  • Proactively identifies upcoming enterprise changes and prepares PCBPs in advance, anticipating engagement risks and building mitigation plans early.
  • Serve as a feedback loop between PCBPs, T&G COE, and internal stakeholders to continuously strengthen solution effectiveness.
  • Utilizes technology, platforms, and data to optimize enablement and drive adoption, while consistently seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality through the application of available tools and automation.
  • Manager and track adoption of enterprise-wide talent and learning programs and platforms (e.g., BetterUp, Disney Leadership Essentials, etc.).
  • Partner with People Insights to review engagement, usage, and effectiveness of programs to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for reinforcement.
  • Share themes and patterns with broader Talent & Growth team and T&G COE to inform future enhancements, prioritization, and solution refinement.
  • Plan and manage the localization and execution of annual broad enterprise talent processes (Priority Setting, Mid-Year, End-of-Year) within Corporate functions, ensuring alignment to enterprise intent while reflecting segment context.
  • Partner with PCBPs to identify where enterprise processes require targeted reinforcement, clarification, or additional enablement to drive consistency and quality execution.
  • Represents segment realities in enterprise pilot, rollout, or refinement discussions.
  • Recommends changes to rollout, prioritization, or enablement strategy based on observed data and field feedback.
  • Create and maintain client-facing resources supporting enterprise talent and growth solutions for leaders and employees.
  • Collaborate with T&G COE to identify gaps and design clear, practical solutions.
  • Leverage internal communications channels (e.g., MDT, HR Hub, newsletters) to ensure clear, consistent messaging and effective awareness of available programs and tools.
