Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean skills.
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting (long-term care is a plus).
  • Confidence advising hiring managers.
  • High accountability.
  • Comfort in high-volume, mission-critical hiring.
  • Resilience when roles are hard to fill.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Source creatively across job boards, social media, professional networks, and community events.
  • Utilize Boolean and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Engage passive talent.
  • Analyze the labor market strategically.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by screening for skill and values alignment.
  • Conduct strong behavioral interviews.
  • Communicate proactively with candidates.
  • Treat every person with respect and empathy.
  • Recommend compensation thoughtfully and equitably.
  • Ensure pay scale placement is fair.
  • Protect compliance in all hiring processes.
  • Ensure every hire is defensible, fair, and aligned with the organization's mission.
