Requirements

Full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing and Boolean skills.
Experience in healthcare recruiting (long-term care is a plus).
Confidence advising hiring managers.
High accountability.
Comfort in high-volume, mission-critical hiring.

Utilize Boolean and advanced sourcing techniques.

Conduct strong behavioral interviews.
Communicate proactively with candidates.

Recommend compensation thoughtfully and equitably.
