About The Position

At DAHLIN, we believe great places are created by great people. We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Engagement Manager to help attract, engage, and retain the talented individuals who make our firm thrive. This is not a traditional recruiting role - this is a highly collaborative, relationship-based role with a regular in-office presence. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the organization—not simply recruit for it. The Talent Engagement Manager will be a visible, relationship-driven presence across the firm, connecting with employees and leaders, participating in workplace initiatives, and helping shape the culture that attracts and retains exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll serve as both a talent ambassador and culture champion, creating meaningful connections with current and future employees and helping ensure that every stage of the talent experience reflects who we are. If you’re energized by people, culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences, we’d love to meet you.
