About The Position

As a Talent Engagement lead, you will employ innovative ideas and the power of social media to convey the experience of a career at Jeffer Mangels & Mitchell LLP (JMM) to prospective candidates. Working closely with hiring managers and staff, you will develop a strong understanding of the Firm's culture and present that image through various outlets to develop and maintain a pipeline of talent to fulfill the Firm's hiring needs. You will be responsible for the recruitment process in its entirety from start to finish. In addition to staff recruiting, you will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Generalist to constantly refine the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience is required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Human Resource Certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PRC, etc.) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Harness your communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers to discover requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Develop engaging job descriptions and select the best websites for posting new positions.
  • Create high visibility campaigns on social media and career sites to source candidates.
  • Draw on your industry expertise to manage entire recruiting process including screening, coordination of interviews, salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Assist hiring team with best practices for interviewing and candidate assessments.
  • Employ your attention to detail to manage the maintenance of the Firm's applicant tracking system, and ensure potential candidates move quickly and efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with CHRO and Finance to review and process vendor payments.
  • Champion employee experience initiatives by tracking and celebrating milestone work anniversaries, while also identifying and managing submissions for Firm and industry awards that recognize workplace culture, excellence, and employer distinction.
  • Attend job fairs and careers events.
  • Engage with peers and other administrative teams to assist with other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
