Talent Engagement Specialist

MetrolinxToronto, ON
Onsite

About The Position

Metrolinx is connecting communities across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. Metrolinx operates GO Transit and UP Express, as well as the PRESTO fare payment system. We are also building new and improved rapid transit, including GO Expansion, Light Rail Transit routes, and major expansions to Toronto’s subway system, to get people where they need to go, better, faster and easier. Metrolinx is an agency of the Government of Ontario. At Metrolinx, equity, diversity and inclusion are essential to living our values of serving with passion, thinking forward and playing as a team. As the Talent Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in shaping how current and future employees experience Metrolinx as an employer. You’ll help bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through compelling content, smart campaigns, and data‑driven insights by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Internal Communications, Inclusion, and other teams across the organization. You will balance creativity with analytics, autonomy with collaboration, and big‑picture thinking with thoughtful execution. If you’re someone who understands recruiting at its core, loves building brands that feel human and authentic, and is excited by the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and analytics, then this would be a great opportunity for you. This role is an in‑office position (5 days per week) based at our downtown Toronto location. Our HR team is highly collaborative, and much of our work benefits from in‑person co‑creation, relationship‑building, and hands‑on partnership with leaders across the organization.
