About The Position

As the Talent Supervisor for our Inspire Company Restaurant (ICR) level team members and management teams, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company Inspire U development program, building on our cultural beliefs, and supporting a robust learning strategy for our team member experience. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development initiatives. Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and / or relatable professional work experience
  • Passion for fostering a positive work culture and supporting team member growth
  • Working knowledge of group setting learning delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
  • Strong understanding of culture development and employee engagement strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing learning and development programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement strategies to boost team member engagement and ROI on executed Inspire U development programs.
  • Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development program for restaurant team members.
  • Cultivate and reinforce a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values and mission.
  • Promote class attendance and execution by monitoring overall execution and sharing results with restaurant leadership teams.
  • Offer guidance on the creation of Individual Development Plans for teams members enrolled in our development programs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and motivation.
  • Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, providing recommendations on program improvements.
  • Promote recognition to celebrate outstanding performance and accomplishments.
  • Provide recommendations and assess the efficacy of current training practices and content.
  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
