About The Position

The Talent Development Specialist supports talent and organizational development initiatives that foster employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with the Director of Talent to coordinate and enhance programs such as onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and emerging talent programs, helping to build workforce capability and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, learning and development, human resources, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Experience supporting employee development, onboarding, talent management, learning programs, or organizational development initiatives.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or employee development programs.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and employee development practices.
• Experience utilizing learning management systems, talent management systems, or other HR technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, ATD, or related credentials preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent and organizational development programs and initiatives designed to enhance employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Research, develop, coordinate, and facilitate learning and development programs for employees and leaders utilizing a variety of instructional methods.
• Serve as system administrator for learning and talent management platforms, maintaining program content, employee data, reporting, workflows, and related processes.
• Coordinate and continuously enhance the headquarters onboarding experience, including orientation, onboarding activities, employee integration efforts, and feedback processes.
• Administer and support talent management programs and processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, employee assessments, 360-degree feedback, mentorship programs, leadership development, and other employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate and support internal development programs, including professional development, emerging talent, internship, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
• Design and distribute training materials, job aids, communications, and development resources that support employee learning, growth, and performance.
• Monitor program participation, effectiveness, and feedback; prepare reports and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Promote awareness and participation in learning, development, and talent programs through employee communications and internal marketing efforts.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, volunteerism, and culture-building initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to coordinate development activities and deliver learning and talent programs.
• Manage training and program logistics, including scheduling, classroom and virtual meeting setup, materials preparation, communications, and participant support.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to support learning, assessment, and development programs.
• Assist with special projects and other Talent initiatives as assigned.
