About The Position

Leads the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and infrastructure that support employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. Serves as the program owner for critical talent initiatives, including the annual performance management process, leadership development programs, coaching engagements, and scalable learning and development solutions. Partners closely with business leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and external partners to deliver high-impact talent solutions aligned with organizational priorities. Operates as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor who influences outcomes through collaboration, expertise, and program leadership.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Owns the design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs and processes that support organizational and employee success.
  • Leads the end-to-end annual performance management process, including process design, annual cycle management, implementation, communications, stakeholder readiness, resource development, reporting, and ongoing process enhancement.
  • Oversees the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership development programs, including Pathward's Elevate Leadership Program and other leadership development initiatives.
  • Oversees enterprise coaching engagements by coordinating intake and needs assessment, external coach and vendor relationships, participant and sponsor alignment, engagement administration, and evaluation of overall program effectiveness while maintaining appropriate confidentiality boundaries.
  • Designs, implements, and continuously improves the organization’s talent development infrastructure and ecosystem, including tools and technologies, external partnerships, coaching and mentoring resources, development frameworks, and enterprise skill-development solutions.
  • Consults and partners with business leaders, People & Culture colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify organizational capability gaps and translate business and talent priorities into scalable programs, resources, and solutions.
  • Establishes program objectives, success measures, governance practices, and operational plans to ensure effective execution and long-term sustainability of talent initiatives.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through data, participant feedback, business outcomes, and other relevant metrics; develops recommendations to enhance impact, adoption, and organizational value.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors, consultants, facilitators, and development partners to ensure quality delivery, alignment with organizational needs, and effective utilization of resources.
  • Develops and delivers program communications, presentations, resources, and selected learning or facilitation experiences in support of leadership growth, employee development, and organizational capability building.
  • Maintains strong partnerships across the organization and provides thought leadership on talent development, leadership growth, employee development, and performance excellence.
  • Supports additional talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives as assigned.
