The Talent Development Program and Logistics Administrator is responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance, logistics and support of the Talent & LMS platform while working collaboratively with stakeholders. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology field, with prior training and learning management systems experience involving content design, logistics planning, and facilitation being preferred. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience is also required. The administrator must be proficient in various software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and learning management systems, and have experience with implementing new technology solutions. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver instructional material to diverse audiences and utilize various technologies for training delivery.
