About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Program Administrator will be responsible to lead talent acquisition programs. Duties include day- to- day operational oversight, work assignments, hiring and performance coaching of team members involved in the program(s), expense management, and regulatory compliance with the programs. The program administrator will partner within the human resources team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs to the organization. This requires a balance between independent management of a program and the needs of operational leaders. Consults as a subject matter expert throughout recruiting and hiring process to deliver the proper quality and quantity of support for the program. Works independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work. Determines own methods and approaches to work; establishes work priorities and timelines for own work, as well as program teams. Program administration often requires problem resolution for unique and complex challenges and requires generation of solutions that look beyond the immediate problem to wider implications. Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately. Have an understanding of compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition. Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practice. Relationship management skills/ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify program gaps and plan for action. Strong communication skills and consultative skills, with ability to develop close relations and establish trust with clients. Proficient with HR technologies. Demonstrate efficient time management, coordination and project management skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field with human resource coursework required
  • Independent decision making and leadership qualities are desired
  • Proficient with HR technologies
  • Understanding of compliance and reporting requirements related to talent acquisition
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
