The Talent Development Partner assesses system-wide developmental needs to drive talent development initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position is responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s talent pipeline. This position is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. This position will work with both Capital Area (Austin) and Rural Capital (Round Rock, Bastrop, San Marcos) Workforce Development boards (contracted by C2 GPS), and can be located in any respective office between the 2 board areas.
