About The Position

The Intern will support the Talent Development team in various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and development. This role involves assisting with the administration of key programs, including goal setting, performance management, engagement surveys, mentorship, and leadership development. The intern will also contribute to new initiatives and strategic projects, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Development. Shadow Talent Team leadership, HRBPs and CPO to learn internal stakeholder needs and key business processes. Research best practice talent, learning and organizational development models and processes. Partner with members of the Talent Development team to develop high-quality learning and organizational development content and communications, e.g., job aids, training and facilitator guides, presentations, intranet updates, etc. Assist with implementing various Talent Development programs and initiatives. Support the administration and logistics of performance management, engagement surveys, and mentorship programs. Provide support for leadership development programs and other strategic projects. Utilize data analytics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate effectively with key partners and maintain strong industry relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with GPA of 3.0 in both your major or overall.
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s or PHD degree in IO/ Psychology, Organizational development or Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated interest in Learning & Development through coursework, campus club participation, prior internships, volunteer work or other similar activities.
  • Excellent academic performance and campus leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
