About The Position

Select Sires, Inc. is seeking candidates to join their team as a Talent Development Intern. This temporary full-time, hourly, non-exempt position is located at their Plain City, OH facility and reports to the Vice President of Global Talent Development. The intern will serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values. Responsibilities include creating and elevating content for the internal online training platform, assisting with group tours and new employee orientation, participating in self and team development training, and managing planning and logistics for Talent Development initiatives.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
High School diploma or GED required and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
Create and elevate content for the Select Sires internal online training platform to best engage employees and empower them to continue learning and developing.
Assist with the facilitation of group tours, new employee orientation, and other employee engagement activities.
Participate in self and team development training utilizing the Predictive Index and 5 Voices.
Manage planning and logistics to support Talent Development initiatives as needed.
