About The Position

Select Sires is currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Talent Development Intern. This temporary full-time, hourly, non-exempt position is at our Plain City, OH facility and reports to the Vice President of Global Talent Development. The intern will serve as a positive representation of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values. They will create and elevate content for the Select Sires internal online training platform to best engage employees and empower them to continue learning and developing. The intern will also assist with the facilitation of group tours, new employee orientation, and other employee engagement activities. Additionally, they will participate in self and team development training utilizing the Predictive Index and 5 Voices, and manage planning and logistics to support Talent Development initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
High School diploma or GED required and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
