THE ROLE As a member of the MFS Talent Development (TD) team, you will play a key role in activating and enabling the talent strategy by supporting communication and consulting related to the full TD portfolio. You partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess needs, engage stakeholders and translate global nuances to drive business and client outcomes. You are a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders, serving as a change agent supporting adoption of performance-driven strategies, tools, and solutions, also ensuring alignment of COE solutions with business strategy and client needs.
