We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Recruiting Team in a temporary support role from May through the end of September. This position is not benefit-eligible. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Recruiting team. Training will be provided to the right candidate. The Talent Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources. The Coordinator processes staffing for the Agency and assists with the overall administrative support and maintenance of day-to-day transactional HR functions. This includes processing mandated CORI, SORI, OIG, driving records, DPPC Abuser Registry check, National Background (fingerprinting) for conditional offers. The Coordinator works cooperatively with department directors in meeting staffing needs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations as they relate to the HR function. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
