As part of EY’s All in strategy, we are seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support the set-up and launch of the new Managed Services practice and delivery centre across all service lines. This role will work closely with the Managed Services Leader and leadership team who are driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the firm’s managed service offerings, ensuring we deliver outstanding value and efficiency to our clients. This role acts as a talent advisor and the first point of contact for senior leaders and key stakeholders, providing deep talent expertise and operational support to enable the successful build‑out of this new and evolving business. Another key focus of this role will be on sourcing and recruiting candidates for day-to-day operational roles. The incumbent will bring strong capability in navigating ambiguity and partnering with Talent Centers of Expertise (COEs), service line and global teams to shape and execute the talent strategy for this rapidly scaling practice.
