This position supports the execution of North America Payroll processes and transactions in accordance with documented procedures within the P&C Global Service Delivery Organization. This role assists payroll operations by helping ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance with applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations. As part of the P&C organization, this role works closely with P&C stakeholders, Finance, external vendors, and employees to address payroll-related inquiries and support consistent payroll delivery. The position contributes to payroll operations by assisting with issue resolution, supporting system updates, and identifying opportunities to improve processes under guidance from senior team members.
