Requirements

Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast‑moving portfolio of projects
Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
Track record of successfully implementing AI-driven HR and workforce transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and sustainable change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Seven or more years of relevant HR or Talent‑related experience

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
SHRM certification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the Financial Services Organization’s (FSO) Tax practice.
Work in close partnership with other Talent team members, you will execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy.
Implement key processes—such as performance management, compensation, and career development—while addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and advising business leaders on people‑related matters.
Gather and analyze data related to headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100.
The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
