Job Description: We are looking for a Talent Attraction Events and Program Coordinator to support HPE’s university and early-talent programs. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas, with travel required to support events and programs throughout the year. You will coordinate and execute a variety of talent attraction events and programs, including high school internships, Hackathons, Code Wars, Capstone Projects, Military Transition Programs, and Early ID initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on end-to-end event coordination, including planning, logistics, vendor and stakeholder coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
