About The Position

The ABC talent team is on a mission to discover and hire the best human beings to grow with us. As we continue to invest in people, we are hiring a Sr. Talent Advisor to help us expand our footprint across the country and ensure as many children have access to ABA services that need them. As a Sr. Talent Advisor, you will play an integral role in hiring our most sought after talent (clinical and non-clinical) across ABC.

Requirements

1-2 years of direct recruitment/interviewing experience, managing 30-35 positions at one time, or hiring event experience.
Exhibiting a strong knowledge base in sourcing methodologies and tools.
Screening, and partnering with hiring managers to effectively meet the staffing needs of the organization.
2+ years of intensive recruiting experience
Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.
Fun, go-getter personality that is driven to hit goals and has the grit to get the job done

Responsibilities

Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer
Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (ex: BCBAs, RBTs, etc.)
Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.
