About The Position

The Talent Activation Consulting (TAC) team is responsible for providing support and consultation for clients related to ADP's suite of talent offerings. This team also partners with and advises the internal field HR Business Partners, Relationship Managers and Sales in proactive activities with clients to drive their talent strategy and usage of talent tools and services. The Talent Activation team provides support and consulting services across all three of the talent disciplines - talent acquisition, talent management and talent activation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• HR Generalist experience
• HCM tools and technical experience
• 3 -- 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
• Direct experience in a min 3 talent disciplines

Nice To Haves

• PHR or SPHR preferred
• WFN experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, high-value consulting for HRO clients, focusing on talent strategy and direction, with potential for tactical advising.
• Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships, collaborating with clients, teams, and field partners on complex initiatives and strategic challenges.
• Act as a coach for junior associates, influencing tasks and deliverables, providing performance and development input, and assisting with onboarding and upskilling.
• Pursue a quality client experience by providing a high level of service and professional, human responses to client needs, driving value and maximizing the growth and consumption of ADP talent products and solutions.
• Support division, region, and department programs and initiatives by providing product and process feedback, monitoring key performance metrics, and evaluating tool enhancement opportunities.
• Participate in region and department project teams as a regional representative, providing product and process feedback, monitoring key performance metrics, and evaluating tool enhancement opportunities.
• Support and manage special projects, product launches, and other regional initiatives related to talent tools and services.
• Consult with both internal and external stakeholders on best practices.
