About The Position

Borusan Pipe U.S. is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager to shape and build its approach to attracting, assessing, and developing talent. This is a role focused on creating and improving talent acquisition capabilities rather than simply managing an established recruiting playbook or requisitions. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution and offers visibility and influence over how the business operates.

Requirements

• Ability to balance talent acquisition strategy with execution.
• Ability to build credibility with operations leaders.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to take a hands-on approach when critical positions need to be filled.
• Experience in manufacturing, steel, petrochemical, energy, heavy industrial, engineering, maintenance, or another operational environment is identified as a potential fit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy and manage day-to-day recruiting.
• Recruit for critical hourly, skilled-trades, technical, and salaried positions.
• Develop and manage recruiting agency strategy and performance.
• Build talent pipelines with high schools, technical and community colleges, and universities.
• Streamline and standardize interviewing and selection.
• Develop pre-employment and talent assessment capabilities.
• Lead workforce planning and develop future talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting analytics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and improve talent acquisition capabilities to support the business.
