Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting. Talent Acquisition Support will oversee recruiting and onboarding functions for assigned regional locations. This role supports the execution of a strategic talent acquisition plan while also taking a hands-on approach to completing day-to-day recruiting and onboarding activities. As the primary contact for candidates and new hires at each location, this position will work closely with employees, applicants, recruiters, operations teams, and functional leaders to ensure talent acquisition priorities are achieved with consistency and excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of Human Resources experience required
  • 1–2 years of clerical experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of recruiting and/or onboarding experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring events, job fairs, and new hire orientations in partnership with recruiters and operations teams.
  • Manage onboarding processes including background checks, I-9 compliance, adverse action notifications, and completion of all required documentation.
  • Ensure HR recordkeeping and onboarding practices meet compliance standards, including DOL, OFCCP, and EEOC requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between department heads and recruiters to anticipate staffing needs and support hiring initiatives.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hires, terminations, badge creation, and special projects including referral and sign-on bonuses.
