About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of business areas while partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting onboarding.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing multiple openings and competing priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Maintain job postings and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
  • Represent RFCU at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Support onboarding activities, including offer documentation, new hire paperwork, and orientation scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle transactions and People & Culture projects as needed.
