Requirements

  • 1-3 years of TA experience working at Fiserv
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems, including O365, Teams, Slack, Workday, Gsuite, Jira, PowerBI, Confluence, Sharepoint, and numerous sourcing tools. While it's not essential to have proficiency in all these platforms, a strong tech-savviness is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

  • Previous agency experience.

  • Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
  • Tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, HireEZ, PowerBI, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Influence every stage of the process, from req intake to sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates.
  • Comfortably handle 25-30 reqs simultaneously.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, aligning stakeholders, fostering engagement, and implementing best practices throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver top-notch service, promptly communicating, promoting transparency, and offering consultative advice to candidates, the BU, and the HR/TA team.
  • Drive impactful outcomes through insights. Compile comprehensive recruitment data, provide regular reports, and empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize diverse platforms and tools to effectively attract top-tier candidates. Cultivate a robust pipeline for diversity and quality.
  • Promote company culture and values, creating engaging job announcements to enhance visibility and attract top-tier talent.
  • Regularly review and refine TA ops strategies and processes, using feedback and data to drive improvements.

  • This position is not eligible for an annual incentive opportunity and is also not eligible to earn commissions.
